Welcome to AMCP WesternU Chapter
WesternU AMCP Student Chapter was established in 2008 and is continually expanding. We strive to promote the AMCP mission and principle by encouraging our students to attend and learn more about the various opportunities in the realm of managed care pharmacy.
Our chapter has reached out to the community in promoting the importance of medication adherence, assisted senior residents in finding the optimal Medicare Part D plans, provided MTM services and medication reconciliation at health fairs, provided informational sessions facilitated by experts and innovators in their respective field, and also provided intimate round table events and invaluable networking opportunities.
Our goal is to empower the students with knowledge and develop the skills to succeed in the area of managed care pharmacy.
